G Flip (they/them) is becoming the role model they never had growing up. The Melbourne-born drummer, singer, songwriter, and producer creates electrifying rock/pop music fueled by raw emotion and undeniable talent. As a queer, non-binary artist, their bold perspective shines through in their sound and storytelling. Their 2023 sophomore album, Drummer, solidified G Flip as a force of nature, debuting at #1 on the ARIA charts and earning triple j’s Album of the Year. It led to their biggest sold-out Australian tour and first US headline runs. The album received six ARIA nominations, two wins, and seven songs in triple j’s Hottest 100, breaking the record for most entries in a single year.
In 2024, G Flip’s viral cover of Taylor Swift’s "Cruel Summer" got Taylor’s seal of approval. Their Drummer Tour sold 65,000+ tickets worldwide, with sold-out shows in the US, UK, and Australia, surprise guest Mike Shinoda, and an ARIA for Best Live Act. In 2025, G Flip will be the first non-binary artist honored with a wax figure at Madame Tussauds Sydney. Currently, they are working on their next album.
