Fierté Montréal produces an annual festival of cultural, community and festive activities, including the Pride Parade and Community Days. The organization supports local 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and amplifies their voices to ensure inclusion, representation and recognition of the rights of people who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ in society. The Festival is an essential event of the Montreal summer season. It is a beacon of hope for the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities here and elsewhere, a driving force in the economic development of the city, and a springboard for the next generation of 2SLGBTQIA+ artists.

The Festival Fierté Montréal welcomes over 350,000 local and international visitors and offers 95% of its programming free of charge. The Festival is now one of the six largest in Quebec, one of the two largest 2SLGBTQIA+ gatherings in Canada and the largest pride event in the Francophonie.

Fierté Montréal recognizes the invaluable contribution of 2SLGBTQIA+ community organizations across Quebec by supporting them through dozens of projects each year.
