Community grants
This program aims to support small community organizations in their regular mission and operations.
In partnership with WINNERS, HomeSense and Marshalls
Fierté Montréal recognizes the invaluable contribution of 2SLGBTQIA+ community organizations that, in all four corners of Quebec, work relentlessly to support members of our communities, to fight against the discrimination we face and to advance our rights. Fierté Montréal also recognizes that a majority of 2SLGBTQIA+ community groups remain underfunded and function thanks to the involvement of dynamic and passionate teams of volunteers.
Therefore, in collaboration with WINNERS, HomeSense and Marshalls, Pride Montreal launched its community grant program to support small community organizations in their regular mission and operations. Out of a total of 48 applications, ten 2SLGBTQIA+ community organizations representing the plurality and diversity of our communities will be awarded $2,500.
