A new membership for Fierté Montréal
Upon ratification of its new bylaws in Spring 2023, Fierté Montréal created four categories of members of the corporation.
- Community Member
- Resource Member
- Committed Member
- Allied Member
Fierté Montréal's new membership was designed to reflect the diversity of stakeholders working and collaborating with the organization, first and foremost the organizations taking part in the Parade and Community Days.
The membership is organizational, meaning the Community or Committed or Allied member organization will have to designate one person to represent itself before the corporation.
There is no limit to the number of Community, Committed or Allied members. The exception to the above rules is for Resource Members, who participate on an individual basis and are limited to four people.
