Fondation Émergence's mission is to educate, inform, and raise awareness among the Quebec, Canadian, and international populations about the realities of people from sexual diversity, as well as the plurality of gender identities and expressions. It originated the first National Day against Homophobia, which has since evolved into the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia. Specializing in support and training tailored to all environments, notably businesses, Fondation Émergence also develops awareness and information campaigns to promote inclusion and respect for diversity.
