Dance, MC'ing, impersonations: welcome to the world of Jean-Marc Reid. He moved to Montréal at the age of 17, discovering the world of drag alongside Michel Dorion, Gerry Cyr and Mr. Michel.
He quickly became a sought-after dancer, sharing the stage with many of them, including Mado Lamotte, Barbada and Rita Baga.
His most memorable collaboration was with Michel Dorion. Together, they performed over 500 numbers in shows all over Québec, from the Saguenay to Rimouski, via the L'Entre-Peau cabaret and Place des Arts.
His impersonations of Georges Michael, Jean-Pierre Ferland, René Simard, Elton John and many others are the definition of spectacular!
Whether as drag king, entertainer or dancer, Jean-Marc is hailed for his professionalism, quick wit and uncanny skills with audience interaction.
