Lion Casavant (he/him) is a discoverer of artistic and emotional territories who loves to take people out of their comfort zone. His work draws its inspiration from a cinematic aesthetic of oddness. He proposes an extravagant universe that sometimes conjures up science fiction, fantasy, surrealism and dreamlike imagery. He knows how to play with unease, but always with a touch of wry humor and irony. It's in intimate territory, through shared responsibility and vulnerability, that he feels most alive.
