Marie-Celine Einish
About
Marie-Celine Einish (she/her) is an Indigenous dancer, artist, and storyteller from the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach. She has performed locally, nationally, and internationally, showcasing powwow dance — including jingle, fancy shawl, and hoop dance — as well as storytelling theatre, alongside many world-renowned artists.
Her passion for storytelling also led her to a career in communications and public relations within various Indigenous organizations. Despite her professional path, she continues to celebrate her identity and cultural expression by staying true to the spirit of dance, sharing and passing on traditional forms with a contemporary twist — bridging her teachings with her artistic voice.
She now offers corporate training on truth and reconciliation
