Au bas de l'échelle

Since 1975, Au bas de l’échelle has become a benchmark in Quebec for defending the labour rights of non-unionized workers. As a popular education and rights advocacy organization, it offers a range of individual and collective services, including free and confidential legal information, training on various labour law issues, group information sessions on labour standards complaints and mediation at the CNESST, and tools for analyzing and explaining Quebec labour laws. Au bas de l'échelle also collaborates with numerous institutional, union, community, and academic partners and conduct mobilization campaigns and non-partisan public and political interventions to demand improvements in the working and living conditions of non-unionized workers.
