Éric Kirouac
About
For over a decade, Éric Kirouac actively fights to defend LGBT+ people’s rights in various committees including at the CSN, at the FNEEQ and at his Cégep’s Allié-e-s group. He is a co-researcher in UQAM’s Alliance 2SLGBTQGIOA+ project.
His years of activism have contributed in deepening his understanding of issues related to accessing services, to the recognition and advocacy of LGBTQ+ rights in our society. At the FNEEQ, he has worked on the integration of inclusive language in collective agreements, hoping to introduce this practice to other workplaces.
