Veils of Bollywood (they/them) is a Montreal-based dance company specializing in next-generation Bollywood and Indian dance fusion, dedicated to sharing the richness, diversity, and joy of South Asian diaspora cultures with the world. By blending traditional forms with contemporary influences, the company presents dynamic performances that highlight storytelling, cultural identity, and artistic expression through movement.
Founded with the goal of making Indian dance more accessible and inclusive, Veils of Bollywood has performed at several major festivals in Montreal and beyond. The company has also toured across Canada and the United States, including stops in Dallas, Brossard, and Edmonton.
Through workshops, performances, and initiatives such as TandavX, it aims to educate, inspire, and bring together diverse audiences.
