Safer space

BIPOC Safer Space

The BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Color) Safer Space is a space made available to Black, Indigenous, and racialized 2SLGBTQIA+ folks.

This is a calm place, far from the crowds, where BIPOC folks can go in order to decompress, gather and benefit, if necessary, from active listening services offered by peer support workers with an anti-oppressive approach and from 2SLGBTQIA+ community based organizations, AGIR, Black Mental Health Connections, Mubaadarat & AIDS Community Care Montreal. The Safer Spaces are accessible on the main site at the Olympic Park's Esplanade.
