La Pampa, special screening presented by Fierté Montréal, CINEMANIA and Axia Films

The Festival de films CINEMANIA, Fierté Montréal Festival, and Axia Films are pleased to invite you to a special screening of La Pampa by director Antoine Chevrollier, on Wednesday, July 31, at the Cineplex Odéon Quartier Latin in Montréal.

This special evening will open at 6:30 p.m. with a friendly welcome, followed by the screening at 7:30 p.m. with actor Amaury Faucher, who will be there to meet the Montréal audience.

The first feature film from the acclaimed director of the Oussekine series, La Pampa sensitively explores male friendship, hidden desires, and unspoken words, in a rural French landscape marked by harshness and tenderness. The film highlights the journeys of two young men at a crossroads, carried by a vibrant performance and delicate direction.

Presented on some days before the film's theatrical release in Québec and on the eve of the Fierté Montréal Festival's opening, this event highlights the importance of LGBTQ+ stories in contemporary cinema.
