Show

Lumière des Nations

Presented by

After a moving appearance at the Cinquième Salle at Place des Arts, the Indigiqueer Circle of Quebec and Fierté Montréal are honoured to invite you to a new edition of Lumière des Nations , presented by Fugues — this time under the stars, in an open-air setting, to mark the official opening of the festival.

On stage, a beautiful lineup of Indigenous and Two-Spirit artists will share an evening filled with expression, culture, and resilience. Expect throat singing, poetry, dance, powerful hip-hop, inspiring live music, and a closing DJ set wrapped in a festive, eco-queer atmosphere.

We’re grateful to welcome Bobby Sanchez (she/they), Camille Larivée (they/them), Gilbert Niquay (he/him), Léuli Eshr?ghi (they/them), Marie-Celine Einish (she/her), Soleil Launière (she/her), and Shub (he/him). The evening will begin with a blessing from Elder Sedalia Fazio.

A heartfelt moment of connection, celebration, and light, rooted in pride and care.
