As part of the Fierté Montréal Festival, the SUPERNATURE collective is hosting its biggest whacking.Waacking battle of the year. Whacking.Waacking, which originated in the 1970s in the queer, Black, and Latino clubs of Los Angeles, is a flamboyant and extravagant dance rooted in funk, disco, and house music. With SUPERNATURE, this electrifying dance culture, which had almost disappeared from its natural habitat, returns to its birthplace: THE CLUB!
On Thursday, August 1st, SUPERNATURE Édition Fierté Montréal invites you to an explosion of creativity and contagious energy, with a program featuring the local and international queer scene, DJs, and performances that will keep the night buzzing from start to finish.
Get ready for an epic night with our amazing artists: Flame, Aleera, Moodz, Munezero, and Prince D.-Serious. On the DJ side, we've got NGL Flounce, Paolo Askia, and our guest star of the night, the iconic Kiddy Smile. Don't miss it, it's going to be legendary!
