In 2022, Festival Fierté Montréal partnered with kotmo to offer eco-friendly promotional products to festival-goers.
Certified as a B Corp since 2016, kotmo designs and manufactures items in Quebec with the help of local designers and manufacturers. The products available in our shop meet high environmental standards to have a positive impact now and for future generations, while providing a memorable festival experience.
If you didn’t already know, our merchandise is only available for a limited time during the Festival.
Products Developed by Kotmo
Tank tops
Our tank tops are made in Canada. It is also made of 70% rayon and bamboo / 30% organic coton.
Adult and kids t-shirt
Designed, manufactured, and decorated in Quebec, the T-shirts are primarily made from 100% organic cotton or a blend of organic cotton and recycled polyester (rPET). Each garment that contains recycled polyester uses 5 to 15 plastic water bottles that would otherwise have ended up in a landfill.
Cap
It was designed in Canada and is made from 100% soft organic cotton. Two local companies are also involved in the production of the caps.
Tote Bag
The tote bags are made from 100% organic cotton by four different local companies involved in the production. Additionally, only 82 km of transport was needed from production to the shop.
Miniature Flag
The miniature flags available at our eco-friendly shop are made from laminated paper and were manufactured in Quebec.
Cupanion Water Bottle
With this unbreakable Tritan bottle, you can help provide water to communities in need by participating in the Fill it Forward program. Download the app, scan the QR code on the bottle with each refill, and Cupanion donates $0.02 per refill to various community organizations dedicated to making clean water accessible to all. Made in the USA by a certified B Corp, this bottle is suitable for both still and sparkling water and is dishwasher safe.

The buttons are locally made in Montreal.
Pin
The lamination, printing, and assembly of the pins are done locally in Laval.
Products Developed by Other Partners
Lip Balm
The lip balm is a product developed by Cocooning Love. It has been designed with a recyclable cardboard container that is completely plastic-free and also offers a natural and vegan formula. The product was also designed and manufactured in Quebec.
Postcard and Poster
The postcards and posters sold in the shop are illustrated by local artist Laurence Heinrich and printed in Montreal.
