Founded in 1972, the Fédération du Québec pour le planning des naissances (FQPN) is a feminist network dedicated to advocacy and popular education on sexual and reproductive rights. The FQPN brings together local, regional, and national groups, as well as individual members. Its mandate is to raise awareness, inform and encourage critical reflection on sexual and reproductive health, and to promote freedom of choice in a perspective of social justice.
