Queer Wall of Memories
The Queer Memory Wall is a dynamic and sensitive space that invites the public to discover, during community days, snippets of the life stories of older members of the community. Through portraits and brief testimonials, the project sheds light on life stories that are often overlooked and pays tribute to the generations that have shaped today’s struggles and achievements. By highlighting these stories, the initiative raises public awareness of the realities experienced by communities past and present, while fostering dialogue across generations and within 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Conceived as an open and evolving space, the installation becomes a collective work where each contribution enriches the shared memory.
