Trans+Archive : Memory as Method

''Memory as Method'' is a one-day cultural and educational event organized by the TRANS+ARCHIVE, spotlighting the power of trans memory, literature, and legal advocacy. Rooted in our collection of over 15,000 archival materials, this initiative transforms community stories into tools for survival, resistance, and collective care.

Through panel discussions, creative workshop, and a live archive activation, this event brings historical narratives into the present. Legal resources will also be available on-site, including guides for name and gender marker changes, asylum support, and human rights protections for trans individuals.

This edition of Memory as Method takes place in collaboration with Trans Archive Argentina and Archive Transsexuelle France, creating a transnational dialogue on memory, language, and survival.
