Bear-It is a company involved with the 2SLGBTQIA+ bear community through social and cultural events and initiatives aimed at strengthening ties and fostering the personal, social and cultural growth of bear community members. One of the best known is the famous Mr. Bear Mtl contest, where each year a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community is elected to represent the bears.
We strive to create an environment where everyone feels accepted, valued and celebrated in their diversity. By emphasizing respect, inclusion and individual autonomy, we aim to promote a sense of pride and well-being within our community.
This mission reflects Bear-It's commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for people in the bear community, while promoting self-acceptance, diversity and individual autonomy.
