Originally from Brazil, Vitor Silva Dos Santos is known as Perninha Capoeira in the worldwide capoeira community. He has been practicing and teaching capoeira for over three decades. His background includes traditional Afro-Brazilian dance, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Tricking, stunts, and Aerial Acrobatics Circus. He has worked with Cirque du Soleil for nearly 7 years. His mission is to promote capoeira, unite the community, and preserve the values of this culture.
