FestiQueer is Rimouski's only annual event dedicated to celebrating queer communities and raising awareness of 2SLGBTQIA+ issues. This two-week festival is organized by and for people of all genders and sexualities, with the aim of bringing together the communities of Eastern Quebec with accessible, diverse and flamboyant programming to break isolation and create the solidarity networks necessary for individual well-being.
