Flame
About
Uncategorizable artist and performer Flame is known as a dancer, actor/performer, and teacher. His work strives for greater recognition of club culture and Waacking in the performing arts. Under event moniker Supernature, he fosters queer party spaces in Montréal, while uplifting and promoting local artists. This event is a platform to experience Waacking in an immersive and explosive arena, and to evoke its origins: the queer and racialized counterculture of the 70s, when nightclubs were a place for community, freedom of expression, and embodied world-making.
