Queer Bodies
About
Queer Bodies returns with its collaboration with Fierté Montréal!
QUEER BODIES creates safe and inclusive spaces, valuing body diversity and rethinking the practice of life drawing from a queer perspective. We draw to socialize, celebrate, and better represent the beauty of diverse and marginalized bodies.
Drawing supplies will be available, but we recommend bringing your own art materials. Come draw with us!
There will also be the artist Nicholas Bellefleur making sporadic stage appearances, as well as the artist Raphë who will delight us with their amazing roaming performances.
Come and enjoy these wonderful activations, which are part of the official opening of our major shows at the olympic Park.
The drawings created during the event will have the chance to be published in a picture book produced collaboratively as a tool to raise awareness about body, sexual, and gender diversity. You can find all the details regarding the call for participation at the Queer Bodies welcome table and on their social media!

Bouncing on the success of last year's session at the Esplanade, Queer Bodies is once again collaborating with Fierté Montréal. Two moments will be proposed, carried by the live music mixed by excellent DJs. Come and draw with us!
The site is accessible via a concrete access ramp. Accessories for drawing will be available on site if needed, we still recommend bringing your own artistic material.
