About

A non-binary political science student with a concentration in feminist studies, they are interested in male domination from a queer and intersectional perspective. Living with early-onset generalized arthritis and being part of the neurodiverse community, their background have allowed them to approach gender and sexuality outside the norms. Through their own experience, political theory and interest in demystifying the oppression of others, they have gained a deeper understanding of their relationship to society. Their work explores the tensions around masculinity between 2nd and 3rd wave feminist movements, asking the question: how can we talk about men without undermining feminism? The aim of their research is to analyze power relations outside the paradigm of the heterosexual matrix.
