After sold-out performances from coast to coast, the renowned Opéra Queens company presents its international flagship production: "Drama Queens." Prepare to be spellbound by a spectacular vocal experience, performed 100% live by exceptional artists from QTBIPOC communities.

Forget rigid codes and dive into the heart of a unique musical journey. This show revisits history's greatest masterpieces, from opera to musical theatre. Driven by its explosive founding trio; drag diva Tanya Smania (she/they), Zwischenfach J. Marchand Knight (they/she/he), and countertenor Rain Saran Senavinin (he/him); the program brings legendary heroes to life, from the spicy Carmen to the fabulous but frenzied Cunegonde from Candide.

This phenomenal success has won over Jeunesses Musicales, Canada's National Ballet School, and Halifax Pride, before triumphing internationally. The company has shone at the prestigious Edinburgh Festival Fringe as well as in London with the High Commission of Canada in the United Kingdom.
