About
BLUF began in Montreal as an internet club in 1997. In August 2016, recognizing the movement’s origin, several members of the LGBTQ+ leather community launched BLUF Montréal. The goal of BLUF Montréal is to enhance the leather scene by organizing regular meetings or events in a spirit of collaboration and friendship. Any gay man interested in the leather scene can become a member. However, he must respect the dress code which is very strict and be a fan of leather clothing and uniforms such as high boots; leather pants; leather shirt; leather tie; leather harness; leather gloves; leather coat or jacket and leather cap.
BLUF is the reference for the gay leather community at the international level with more than 4,500 members in over 80 countries with regular social gatherings of members of the gay leather and fetish community, mainly in Europe, Canada and the USA.
